In order for us to accept a return of the Smart Carry-on luggage, it must be in its original package with an unbroken seal and unused.

We do not know your grandma's situation or if she has a medical condition that would prevent her from using the Smart Carry-on luggage. We recommend that you first consult with your grandma and her physician to find out if there are any limitations or medical or safety concerns.

You don't need a wheelchair assistant or attendant if you are able to lift the Smart Carry-on on your own for security X-ray screening. Or if you have other carry-on gadgets that you are taking onboard.

It depends on your preference. If you have a young child and using a stroller or you are traveling as a family, you may want to choose a Smart Follow-me or if you have a young child or children, we do have a Smart Carry-on for kids as well. It depends on what you like and what would be best for your family.

First, we would like to warn consumers not to be fooled by brand-name stores that supposedly have great reputations. RME has discovered that many are selling junk fabric at an exorbitant price tag and don't even realize it. They have brands and carry their names, but they don't live up to it. Suppliers have used substandard fabric to deceive stores and entrap the rich and famous because they lack knowledge of the quality of certain fabrics and they think that they are getting their money's worth. RME is transparent in the quality of the fabric used. If we say that we used 100% Mulberry Silk Velvet, that's what we used. We do not sell or consider luxurious jackets made with blended material "Cupro" to be a high-end or luxury. We used 100% Mulberry Silk Velvet; that's authentic, high-end luxury. We don't sell junk.

Though "Cupro" is derived from a natural source, it is mixed with various chemical solutions of Oxide and Ammonia to create a fiber that can be woven which makes it semi-synthetic and places it right in the middle of fully natural fibers to make it feel soft. Some major brand have inflated their prices in selected department stores and have fooled many consumers including celebrities over many decades as if they are getting quality products. Unfortunately, many have felt for it wearing those substandard low-quality so-called luxury jackets at the Oscars, Grammy, and other major events. If a celebrity or wealthy men ain't wearing a RME Silk Velvet jacket, they ain't wearing nothing but expensive fake junk Silk Velvet. They have been cheated with low-quality products.

Many Silk Velvet and other brands are junk at a very high cost. The Silk part of the fabric is fine, but the blended fabric is junk at a high cost. If they are selling substandard fabric over $5,000, then RME could sell their product for $10,000 or more which is 100% authentic Mulberry Silk Velvet. However, our hearts are clean, we don't believe in robbing the consumers, but if you ain't wearing our brand, you ain't wearing nothing! RME tells it like it is.
